- How much does ClientTell cost?
- ClientTell costs $349 a month for a single location, $549 a month for multiple advertising sources with attribution reporting, and $899 a month for up to three locations. Setup is a one-time $499 and is waived if you pay annually. There is no contract and no minimum term.
- Is there a contract?
- No. There is no annual contract, no minimum term and no cancellation fee. You can cancel at any time and the service runs to the end of the month you have paid for. Your leads, contacts and message history are exported to you on request at no charge.
- What is the setup fee for?
- The one-time $499 covers work we do for you rather than software: registering your business with the mobile carriers so your texts are delivered, connecting your existing business number, writing your message wording, setting your business hours, and linking your calendar. It is waived if you pay for a year up front.
- What happens if I go over my message allowance?
- Additional messages are billed at 8 cents each. Nothing stops working and no message is held back because of an allowance — you are told at the point you exceed it and it appears on the next invoice.
- Is ClientTell cheaper than Podium?
- ClientTell starts at $349 a month against Podium's $399, and most Podium customers report paying $450 to $600 once carrier fees and additional numbers are added. The larger difference is the commitment: Podium requires an annual contract and bills the remaining balance if you leave early. ClientTell has no contract.
- How many jobs do I need to recover to break even?
